PRE-ORDERS

While we are excited to spice up your gatherings here are a few things to note:

  • All Pre-Order listings are NOT ready to ship. All pre-order items will be shipped at the latest  by pre-order date and will serve as first priority upon restocking. You will receive USPS tracking via email once your pre-order items have shipped.

  • Please make note that this date does not include when items will be delivered and standard shipping can take 3-5 days. To avoid delay in delivery, it is highly recommended to select expedited shipping during this busy and upcoming holiday season to ensure all goods are delivered in a timely fashion. All items placed in the same order are shipped together.

  • We CANNOT guarantee items will arrive by a designated date which is why expedited shipping is suggested. Pre-Orders are not eligible for order cancellations once it has been placed. Items can be exchanged or returned once delivered (please review our return and exchange policy for more information).

  • All inquiries regarding the status of your pre-ordered items will be responded to after the November 25th date. We are thrilled to supply you these conversations that will bring laughter and a time full of memories!

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

All SPILL IT orders are processed within  3-5 days and standard shipping can take 5-7 business days. Due to COVID-19 conditions please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual, but do not hesitate to complete our if you have not received your items within a reasonable timeframe.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you end up not having a great experience or not satisfied (highly unlikely), we're here to help. Whether you need to return or exchange your order, the SPILL IT team can make these arrangements. We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

If your item qualifies as one of the following. It is NOT eligible for return or exchange.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
