Please note the following before submitting:

Your establishment currently holds a liquor license and adult beverages are available to your customers.

All featured businesses are subject to the initial launch fee of $300. This covers 20 table toppers, marketing materials, and the four-month subscription service fee.

Fees can be submitted at a later time than the interest form, however, must they must be received by the submission deadline of September 22, 2023.

Additional subscription details are shared once your application is approved and fees are submitted.
